When booking an appointment a $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. Your $30 deposit and service payment should be through BBBFaces scheduling(website), Cash App, Apple Pay or in cash. The deposit is credited towards your total for service. Travel fee should be included with deposit.

Life happens, I understand. Grace periods are given. There will be a $20 fee given to clients that are 15 min late. After the 15 min grace period, your appointment will be cancelled, unless notified. The fee will be applied to your service payment.

A 24-hr notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Same day cancellation cannot be rescheduled for the same day, and deposits are non-refundable. You must book another appointment!

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time! Consider when booking:

• If you are early, you will have to wait your scheduled time. If you are late, there will be a 15 min grace period and late fee.

• Grooming is optional but gives the best results (wax eyebrows, wax upper lip hairs and wax chin)

• Come with a cleansed face, no lotions or oils, no open facial sores

• No extra guest, unless notified

• If you are sick, get well and cancel or reschedule your appointment ahead of time

• Lashes are not included bring your own lashes! or $10 will be applied to your services for BBBFaces Lashes
